The Mule Skinners are part of the scenery at most Cannon County functions. President, Andy Duggin, and a host of mule skinners, bring their mules and wagons to the Short Mountain Distillery, Christmas On the Square, all parades, and sponsor the largest mule show in Southeast Tennessee.
